3rd pet could probably be any number of leveling pets as long as it's lvl18+.
Since Mini Electron (the mech one) is usually the last one standing with my strategy, I would imagine an elemental pet would probably be best, but anything over lvl18 with Rupture or Conflagrate (or any other attack that hits for 317+ on a mech) will suffice.
Turn 1+. Fel immolate until your Reaver dies. I takes ages and he does a ton of damage. Bring in the Raven.
Turn 1. Nevermore. Seriously breaks whoever it hits - usually Mini Arcanotron
Turn 2. Darkflame. This normally hits Magmatron. He then switches straight back with a broken Arcanotron, goes back to the back row and quietly dies from Fel Immolate.
Turn 3+. Alpha Strike until your Raven dies. Arcanotron will die and so will Mini Electron. Electron, however, will Failsafe and come back with 317hp, and kill your Raven. Bring in leveling pet.
Turn 1. Hit it... hard! Electron dies.

GG - 2/1/1. Just keep spamming Immolate and Burn like you would with the Harbinger, and heal when necessary since it doesn't have Conflagrate.
FWIW I was able to two-pet the mini Omnitrons this way, and that was even with forgetting to swap in Burn on the Grell (oops).
