This worked very well for me! I used the Darkmoon Tonk for the Ion Cannon because I didn't have the Micro Defender.

Doesn't work. Tried it several times. My Spectral Spinner dies before I can use Bone Bite 3 times. Bomber still has almost a fourth of his life.

Aaaack! I just posted a long reply including a portion of a log, it hit the character limit, I cut it back, but it failed to post.

My conclusion is that you probably used a P/B Spinner, which is the only breed too slow for this battle. I don't feel like reproducing my arithmetic, but the short moral of the story is that your Spinner can't die unless either a) both of Bomber's Tail Sweeps crit (1 in 400 chance) or b) your Blinding Poison comes too late to protect you.

I just beat this fight using your strat and using a P/B Spectral Spinner, what you wanna do is start with Blinding Poison, Spectral Strike combo on cd and use bone bite as a filler. I was able to kill Bomber and still land a bite and a blind on Beta before my Spinner died. Sharptalon did quick work with Felcosaur Swarm and Predatory Strike, and managed to land another Felcosaur Swarm on Alpha. Finish off with Metal Fist and Ion Cannon. Hope it helps.

I tried this twice. Once with the main pets and an S/S Spinner, the second time trying lower-power alternatives Snowfeather and Custodian.

Despite Bomber and Beta getting a crit each on my S/S Spinner the first time, and Bomber getting another crit the second time, the strat ran like it was on rails. Excellent!
