Lunar Lantern can take down all the pets! with a 100% success rate using 1 2 2.
Following the spell cycle 1 2 3 without changing with the first two.
Otherwise, in 50% of cases, it takes down the first two of Veshar.
This means that in the other 50% of cases, you can place 2 pets to level up, one at level 23 and the other at level 1 (50% success if not Magic) or level 13 75%!
With the "Sign of the Beast" buff, you can level up 2 pets, level 22 and above, to level 25!
For 100% success with only one Lunar Lantern/Enchanted Lantern, you just need to place pets suitable for the last two, elemental damage against mechanical, and magic against flying! The first one should be level 19+, the second 15+ or, if you're lucky, 1+, but that takes time to redo...
I've been leveling up my pets like this since Draenor :D

The idea is to heal with Ancient Blessing as soon as Apexis Guardian enters (if Chrominius has 502 or less health, otherwise throw in an extra Arcane Explosion). This way you'll have enough health to get Surge of Power to hit before Chrominius is killed by Entangling Roots. (editado)

I followed the strat until right before Chrominius died. I swapped him out, continued the strat until Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling died prematurely, and then used Mechanized Croaker to finish Apexis Guardian with a Water Jet and Explode on Darkwing. It took Chrominius up two levels.

Guess it was just a bad rng day, but don't remember it ever failing or hasnt in the past several months <shrug>

Since the first enemy has the same speed as Chrominius, half the time it goes first and gains the aura that makes it take damage like a flyer. Surge of Power sends it straight into mechanical rebirth. Even if Chrominius goes first, the enemy pet falls into Thunderbolt range. It hasn't failed me yet.

Darkwing cannot survive all of Chrominius' AE's and MPD's Thunderbolt. It isn't mathematically possible, even if The Great Kaliri hits with 3 crits on every turn before it dies..

-Carry pet (no level requirement)
-Nexus Whelpling (P/P or P/B) with Mana Surge and Arcane Storm
-Arcane Eye with Psychic Blast, Drain Power and Mana Surge
Attack once with your carry pet and swap to Nexus Whelpling.
1. Arcane Storm

3. Mana Surge continues (The Great Kaliri dies)
4. Mana Surge continues
5. Arcane Storm (this hits during Feathered Frenzy for a decent chunk of damage)
At this point, Nexus Whelpling dies from Entangling Roots. Swap in Arcane Eye.
6. Psychic Blast (this will also hit during Feathered Frenzy and should do enough damage to activate Failsafe)
7. Drain Power
8. [Optional] Psychic Blast (this or the first hit of Mana Surge will finish off Apexis Guardian)

I am leveling pets like this since WoD, for both Spires and Talador, always works.
Just in Talador u need to open with Mech or Magic Pet, or some that can survive 1st hit :)

Start with Chrominius
Turn 1 Arcane Explosoin.
Turn 2 Arcane Explosoin.
Turn 3 Arcane Explosoin.
Turn 4 Arcane Explosoin.

Turn 6 Arcane Explosoin. (The Great Kaliri Dies here if not one more Arcane Explosoin will do).
Apexis Guardian comes out.
Turn 7+ spam Arcane Explosion until Chrominius is dead. Normally 2 times.
Bring in Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling.
Turn 1 Thunderbolt. Darkwing dies in the back row if Chrominius didn’t take it out earlier.
Turn 2-3 Breath until Apexis Guardian dies for the first time and then comes back.
Turn 4 Explode
Your Leveling pet will get all the EXP for being the only one left.

Start with Level Pet - use one simple ability.
Chrominius Arcane Explosion spam, with Ancient Blessing at every opportunity.
MPD when Chrominius dies. Use Decoy to prevent the damage from Entangling Roots, otherwise Thunderbolt when available and Breath otherwise.

Lanterne lunaire peut dégommer toutes les mascottes ! avec 100% de raté avec 1 2 2.
En suivant le cycle 1 2 3 des sorts sans changer avec les 2 premières.
Sinon dans 50% des cas, elle dégomme les 2 premières de Veshar.
Ce qui veut dire que dans 50% des autres cas on peut placer 2 mascottes à upper dont 1xlvl 23 et l'autre level 1 (50% réussite si pas Magique) ou level 13 75% !
Avec le buff "Signe de la bestiole", on peut donc en monter 2, de niveau 22+, au lvl25 !
Pour du 100% avec 1 seule Lanterne Lunaire/Lanterne enchantée, il faut juste placer des mascottes adaptées au 2 dernières, dégâts élémentaire contre les mécanique, et magique contre les volant! La 1er doit-être lvl 19+, la seconde 15+ voire si on a de la chance 1+ mais là c'est long, refaire...
Je monte mes mascottes comme ça depuis Draenor :D
