If you cannot get Savage Talon off and Ti'un is under 700 HP you should be able to continue just by keeping Ironskin up and doing Falcosaur Swarm! then Predatory Strike when up. I have tried this several times and have not needed to move to the moth (#3).

I just would do Frost so he was chilled, Deep freeze to stun, then takedown.
Takedown repeat until Deep Freeze had 1 left on cooldown & repeat the process.
When my Runt died I swapped in a 19+ leveling pet.
Swapped it out for Chrominius. Howled then Surge & he was dead.

I used three Moths: Moth Dust, Alpha Strike, with Cocoon Strike after Ti'un charged Pump, since I think he often releases it immediately when he charges.
Eventually I found a Lantern with Illuminate, which with two hefty Exploding pets, gave me a 100% strat.
