I don't think the Cub can ever kill Proto-Whelp without the Dragonling having crazy RNG. That means this strat will still work well if the Cub is fixed to start using Evanescence. I used a PP breed; weaker breeds may work as well.

Speed restriction has been added because it does matter against the Anubisath Idol, since it has the Crush ability that does strong damage against Dragonkin. I have also added a note in the body that your best bet is if the Nexus Whelp lives to eat Sandstorm. Because the speed restriction does impact the RNG of the strategy, ratings gave been reset.
