I went for speed instead of health. Should be fairly RNG free except for crits from Beauty. Also not sure how the lower health options for alts to the Fangtooth will hold up. With my Fangtooth, I took a crit from Sunlight, then 3 normal Quills hits and still made it to Conviction.
