Finally, a working strategy! Thank you so much, I've spent an embarrassingly long amount of time, across multiple sessions, trying every strategy I could find to beat that damn fight, all without ever coming close until now.
I finally decided to pull my finger out and go and hunt down a couple of Inland Croakers, and it was worth it. RNG was still a problem and it took 3 or 4 attempts, but it was clear from the first attempt that this one had a far higher likelihood than any others I'd tried.
