The hermit crab is was a b/b, and the ghostshell crab was an h/s. It took a few tries. It will take a few things to line up correctly, but it worked for me after awhile.

Took inspiration from Elfyr strat but remove the Rng from Blood in water and bring a stun to finish off Pruine. This fight his very hard and got a lot of RNG all strat here can succes but RNG will remain a dominant factor.

Don't even bother trying this strat. Even if blood in the water kills your ghost shark will be 1 shot next turn, then octopede will only get off a single attack before dying itself.
It needs an "every one of my enemies attacks must miss while every one of mine must crit" level of RNG.

this wasn't working until i noticed that most of the time conflag was on the chitter. i swapped consume for the bleed effect, the double debuff allowed tempe to die faster. then it was a matter of swapping since the octo has better abilities for the final, but worked
my pets in order of slot: s/b p/s s/s

Octopode always dies before casting Ooze touch. cant get it to work
edit: worked after like the 30th time when i had crit luck (edited)

My RNG luck sucks worse than yours - my Blood in the Water always misses and I never even get to use the Expunge on the Octopus.
