In all my testing I've only seen Fethres using Feindre la mort once, so please excuse me for completely ignoring the RNG that would add to the fights. Why make it complicated, when we got spilled with these pets in Battle for Azeroth? When you don't have 3x of them, I guess someone in your Guild, etc. can help out. **Can't easily script the optimal Avantage précoce usage, because scripts can't foresee our pet's HP (unfortunately Early Advantage doesn't really deal "double damage", it just does a 2nd hit when your HP is still lower after the 1st hit), so I'm just firing it when our pet's HP is lower at the start of a round. Sometimes I'd love to just leave the team and script here because putting complicated priorities into written steps is painful af. But okay... give it a try, then let me know when yours look cleaned up "a lot" and still have all the info needed ;-)
