I have had some rare instances of very bad RNG resulting in the early death of a pet, sometimes you can still make it work but other times you have to either start over or heal your pets via an alt. Some pointers to help in cases of bad RNG : If your third pet takes loads of hit early on, don't switch to it and stick to #2 til its dead, so you don't lose a round of free damage by switching, if #1 dies too soon, either switch to #2 and stick with it til its dead, or do one Life Exchange and switch to #3. The script work in case of "Normal" RNG, I'll try to adapt it over time to bad RNG cases, but the random possibilites of the fight means you might have to take over manually anyway. Yes, but not as soon as I thought. My paid sub ended today, but I forgot I pre-purchased TWW so my account is good until May 11th. Just not happy with how Blizz has been treating pet battles, and it's pretty much all I do in-game : /

As of right now I'm leaning toward no, since they don't ever communicate their intentions to smaller communities like ours, I can only go based off SLs & DF. Neither of those inspire me to think they'll change their ways toward pet battles. If TWW launches and they're doing better by the community then I'm not averse to coming back. ^^

I was feeling the same way (Not quite specifically towards BP). I've found a compramise, and that's using in game gold to pay for my Sub (I should note my 18 month sub ended in Feb and was going to cancel but I worked hard to save up some gold and managed to buy a token). I brought another as I made just enough that month. Now if I am going to play I will buy the gold off gold sellers at about 1/3 the price of a sub so saves me money. Not quite a big unsub but makes me feel good :p TBH I wouldn't be playing still if it weren't for Xu-fu, rematch, Battlepet scripts. It gave me something enjoyable to do :)
I really hope they do bring something back because it'll be nice to have you back :) (editado)

Any pet with Drenar sangre should work as a third, however i've never tested it myself and can't guarantee it. I have had some rare instances of very bad RNG resulting in the early death of a pet, sometimes you can still make it work but other times you have to either start over or heal your pets via an alt. Some pointers to help in cases of bad RNG : If your third pet takes loads of hit early on, don't switch to it and stick to #2 til its dead, so you don't lose a round of free damage by switching, if #1 dies too soon, either switch to #2 and stick with it til its dead, or do one Life Exchange and switch to #3. The script work in case of "Normal" RNG, I'll try to adapt it over time to bad RNG cases, but the random possibilites of the fight means you might have to take over manually anyway.
