With new Nazjatar pets this fight is, barring crits, 100% RNG free. It does require three SS breed pets, but the two Aracnito Tremespinha have only 3 possible breeds and all three pets are easy to find in the wild. Have fun!

All Aquatic fights against Gloamwing are considered RNG.
If your Violet Abyssal Eel is crit by Predatory Strike: restart. Both the Eel and Skitterling should be able to take 3 Regular Slicing Wind hits for one round. DON`T TRY IT WITH THE ALTERNATIVE PETS IT DOESN´T WORK It has to be the hermit and the chitterspine!
So, I had none of those slimy Pets from Naz and found this strategy. The Eel should be very cheap in the AH, so def a good alternative. It`s very important, that your chitterspine is S/S go farm one if neccessary. There is just a small RNG in this strat, you shouldn`t take more than 2or 3 trys. |

13 August 23 - Pets have been updated. It's still RNG, but not as dependent on Gloamwing only doing 1 Slicing Wind versus a Gulp Frog plus the other points of RNG in the original.
Anything with 1600+ hp and Swarm or Stampede will work for slot 1, though I'm not if anything with 1800+ will die on its second round if Gloamwing doesn't Slicing Wind enough. |

Incredibly ill advised with Aquatics but it is mandatory for the achievement. >.< This fight is so awful, and this is by far the most RNG strategy I've done yet. I simply did not own any of the alternatives and this was what I could come up with on my own. Good luck.

1. It makes more sense to Swarm of Flies before you Poison Spit, because Swarm of Flies is applied for 5 rounds whereas Poison Spit is only on for 3, so you'll get more out of the DoTs on the Shattered Defenses if you swap them around.
2. While I doubt claims of people saying they've tried a strategy more than 30 times, my experiences were similar. This strategy does not contain any less RNG than any other similar strategies. It comes down to how many times your Coastal Scuttler is hit with Slicing Wind. If you can manage to only be hit no more than a total of three times, with no crits, so that you can Stampede all three rounds, I imagine this will be a success. With only two Stampedes you need to pray for crits. I even rolled as high as possible on my Dives on a few attempts, and without all three Stampedes it did not work.
3. Just because your RNG is better than others does not make people incorrect. I have yet to win with this strategy, and had to estimate the number of rounds it takes. This included going strictly by the strategies instructions, and then doing my moves in an order that made more sense, such as, taking damage from Void Gates instead of the other abilities by timing my Bubble and Dive.
4. It is never, ever a good look to claim your strategy works better than any on the site. Even if it might be true, it's just flat-out rude.

Since you say you didn't finish the Stampede, though, I don't see how the Glimmershell Scuttler could be the problem.
And Klep, what breeds of Coastal Scuttler did you test with? (editado)
