I got lucky twice, and then RNG got me when I tried writing a script for this. If your Unstable Tendril dies while fighting MPD, the script still works: Switch to Tiny Snowman and use Call Blizzard, Deep Freeze on cooldown and fill with Snowball

Priority 1: Scorched Earth
Priority 2: Conflagrate
Priority 3: Flame Breath (you can swap to Burn)
Fel Flame vs MPD
If speed > 262, use the next item in priority, then Flame Breath/Burn the Decoy down, then back to priority
If speed <= 262, Flame Breath/Burn till the Decoy is gone, then back to priority
Lava Crab vs Anubisath Idol
Priority 1: If Sandstorm is ready, Cauterize
Priority 2: Burn
Lava Crab vs MPD
Priority 1: If Decoy is ready or it's on the field, Magma Wave
Priority 2: Cauterize

This strategy requires taking no crits or extra hit procs. It took me 6 attempts to survive long enough to kill the cub (editado)
