This worked for me with a slight adjustment: after bringing in Chrominius and doing the Bite, then Howl round, I manually swapped to Sprite Darter Hatchling (= S/S NFD) to soak Snozz's Void Gate. That way, Chrominius had enough HP at the end to finish the fight as described in this strat. It's still an RNG fight because of Flank, but this made it a little less so... lol

Less consistent than the main strat, and "Swap to Whelp" is just wrong (it should be Pass - Whelp is forced in or Swap to SDH). (editado)

On Turn 10, Nether Faerie Dragon was forced in instead, causing the strat to fail. I used P/S, so maybe it needs to be P/B? Or maybe Snozz must only hit Twilight Clutch Sister two times when it first switches in? (editado)

Followed the strat exactly as said. Failed. Skipped the first part about forfiting and not healing. Won. So it seems with or without that extra hit at the start, you can win and fail on both.

can someone please come up with a decent 100% fail safe strat? surely there must be some pets from SL that will work? I have tried everything I can to beat this guy, and nothing works. So tired of RNG. Please please post new strats, literally the last fight I need for this achievement.Thanks

This strategy doesn't work well at all. I'm up to 6 attempts, and usually he finishes off one of the pets if he gets any crits. All of my breeds are as suggested. You might consider re-working this, or perhaps there are changes in 8.0 that the strat needs to be changed for but this I don't think works anymore or I'm the most unlucky person ever.

Alot of these fights can take 20 or more attempts so get alot of bandages gloamwing on beats took me 24 attempts it works. The bosses get to many damn crits

Great job. Me ... bow. Not sure if its a 75% success rate overall (not including crits). Probably closer to .75*.75 = 56% (which is actually a very similar roll to the current strategy provided)
For your Twilight Sister to survive 2 rounds of flanks, that is 75% and for your 2nd Chrominius to survive 2 rounds of flanks , that's also 75%. Nonetheless, great job!

You appear to be mistaken，2nd Chrominius is attacked with 1 flank and 1 Nether Gate,,,,not 2 flanks. IF my 2nd Chrominius health more than 1401,it can survive 100%.

Let me add some supporting material for this one. It's a great strat but can be time consuming because your 2nd chrominius needs to be in a specific hp range, and the fight can fail a lot due to crits.

Use a Stinker w/ Bleat (skunk may work too), your 2nd chrominius, and 1 other pet not used for this boss fight.

Pet bandage>engage a random wild pet>forfeit>engage again>forfeit>engage a 3rd time>use Bleat>forfeit. This should get your chrominius #2 to the 1401-1465 range needed. There are pets just north of Snozz (near Bucky) that are easy to use for this.

For the fight itself: if your TCS or 2nd chrominius gets crit'ed you will fail. Just forfeit and restart. Your TCS MUST land the tail sweep in step 9.

Thanks for the great strat - this was the last one I needed, and so happy to be done!

This one worked for me. The time it didn't was when he got in an extra hit against my TCS.

I don't know why this isn't one of the main strategies above since every single one of the suggested strategies requires rare pets that cost tens of thousands of gold on the auction house. Not what I expect from strategies on this site.

/ cheer @ nogulpfrog! Thank you for this strat and Jeack for the added material. It took 3 tries but this worked great. I noticed that my TCS had just over 900 health after step 8 which allowed a tail sweep. That was all it took. Chrominius #2 finished Snozz off.

I had a lot of RNG with Flank hitting 3 then 3 times to my pets (must only hit once for 3 and once for 2 any order) also had Nightmare and Meteorite miss on attempts that Flank hit the correct amount of times. HUGE RNG factors in this portion of the achievement. Keep trying Henry Clan's strat but I used Nether Faerie Dragon breed S/S because any other breed swaps in the wrong pet after Nightmare Whelpling (was swapping back in my Faerie Dragon instead of Sister). Here is Henry's strat again:

Didn't have a Twilight clutch sister, and the yu'la/nether faerie dragon strat didn't work for me after multiple attempts. So I found a comment on Wowhead from a user named Istalri whose strategy worked perfectly on the first attempt. I'll copy/paste it here for people who are like me and can't get other strats to work. Please note that this strategy requires a lot of manual switching, so read carefully!

Pet 1: Nether Faerie Dragon (H/P breed) w/ Life Exchange

Okay, hi hi, today I tried this after reading all the comments and eyeballing the strats, and took my best shot. Here's how I won it on my 2nd try:

nether faerie dragon S/B 122
nightmare whelpling H/P 211
twilight clutch sister S/B (273 power, 289 speed, 1465 HP) 122

Follow strat 1 exactly until step 11, then do step 12 THEN step 11.

IDK if I got a lucky crit, or what, but I'll take the W

This isn't working for me. My nether faerie dragon gets swapped in before the clutch sister at the end unless there's some rng in my favour. The one time it did gets swapped in instead, I got snozz to 3 hp...........I nearly smashed my keyboard up at that point. Is there a different breed nether faerie dragon?

My Nether faerie dragon is an H/P. I started the fight, and conceded twice without healing to finally get this strat to work. If you're having your dragon switched in when it should be your clutch sister, try adding another round of pass/concede/start without healing.

This strategy worked very well for me on the first try. As others have already noted, my Twilight Clutch-Sister is an S/B which doesn't meet the specifications, but everything still worked just as detailed. The Pass-Restart was definitely a different strategy that I haven't encountered before. It did work, tho, and that's what counts. Thanks, Henry & XuFu.

I kept failing on round 10, because NFD was switched in instead of TCS. Possibly because of different breeds, I'm not sure. I was able to solve it by abandoning the fight twice instead of once. This insures that NFD will have lower health than TCS on round 10.

Also, the Tail Sweep on round 10 never hits.

That works ... abandoning twice and thus a more injured NFD. Re: Round 10 missing. That's normal. You can also pass on Round 10, but there is a small chance (10%) that Snozz will miss due to darkness ... therefore its better to try a Tail Sweep rather than pass.

This needs to be upvoted more. My Twilight Clutch Sister is P/S, and I could not get the strategy to work as written with it. The second restart made all the difference in the world, and the strategy worked on my first try that way. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I don't have the right dragons for any of the other strategies, and spent more than 2 hours last night trying (and repeatedly failing) to come up with my own. So glad to have this done and over with.

Managed to get mine using Yu'la(1,2,2),Nightmare Whelpling(2,1,1), Twilight Clutch-sister(1,2,2). Got lucky with some misses, but finished with all my pets still alive. My Clutch-Sister was s/p so the stats weren't working.

Similiar strat the above. Instead of cyclone, Yu'la used Celestial Blessing. When whelp swapped in, he got the dmg reduction and survived long enough to do some decent damage.

As far as I can tell, only the P/B Twilight Clutch Sister can have the stats stated in the strategy, so maybe just require P/B breed as that is easier to understand.

Having issue with all the strategies
After having nether fairie dragon restart as injured, Twilight Clutch-Sister (I use PB and also tried PS breed), it does not swap to Twilight Clutch-Sister. It auto swap to Nightmare Whelping.
Then immediately it does it crit healing and when i swap back to nether fairie, it automatically does 420 X 2 time.

It has been happening for last 100 attempts in the last 2 hours for me.

Thanks so much for this, Henry. I wasted an entire afternoon failing to win using the options for pets I already had and, in the end, bought a clutch-sister & used an 'instant 25' stone on that and my nightmare whelpling. Too late I noticed my clutch-sister was S/P not P/S but I still won first time with only my whelpling dead :)

Twlight Clutch-Sister with 289 pwr and 273 spd is P/B. It has 1465 HP. Nightmare Whelpling has one breed and has 1546 HP. This Strat fails at the second turn 1.

Nach dem Lebensaustausch hat der Netherfeendrache mehr Lebenspunkte als die Zwielichtgelegeschwester. Also wird in Runde 10 der Netherfeendrache statt der Zwielichtgelegeschwester eingewechselt. Daran scheitere ich jedesmal und ich finde einfach keine wirksame Alternative (Yu'la habe ich noch nicht). Hat jemand vielleicht noch einen Tipp?

Vástago de la Pesadilla tiene que alcanzar a lanzar Pesadilla en el Turno 9.
Si tienen suerte de que Snozz no lance mas de 2 golpes de Flanquear, es muy posible que lo pasen.

Merci pour cette strat! J'ai tenter une 10aine de comp/strat fais environ 150 try pour ce foutu combat, et c'est cette strat grace a la soeur avec le bon breed qui a enfin machin (un peu de rng, 1/2 50% a gagner sur le combat).

cette strat fonctionne, si elle suit exactement cette strat
Cependant, si une mascotte meurt alors qu'elle ne devrait pas (ex cc de Muzzo) ou bien votre mascotte fait un "raté" ... alors la strat est à refaire
il m a fallu une vingtaine de try mais gg pour cette strat dans la mesure où vous n avez pas les mascottes nécessaires dans les autre alternatives

Не работает. Возможно завязано на каком-то бриде. Сестра сумрака не добивает 100 хп и страта сыпется.

Да, скорее всего, у Сестры Сумерек должен быть брид на силу-скорость, ибо просто скорость не работает, как раз не хватает добить 100 хп последним ударом.

Ю ла (X, Благословение небес, Обмен жизнью)
Кошмарный дракончик (Удар хвостом, Призыв тьмы, Кошмар)
Сестра сумрака (Удар хвостом, Барьер-призма, Метеорит)

Важный момент
1) Пет Юла - пропуск и отмена боя .У вашего пета остается 600-700 хп, так и оставляйте. Он отхилится до нужного нам 925

Начинаем битву с петом Ю ла и хп 925(!)
1) Пропуск,вы водят кошмарного дракончика
2) Меняем на Сестру
3) Сестра ставит барьер-призма
4) Меняем на Ю лу
5)Небесное благословение
6)Обмен жизнью
7) Пропуск, выводят кошмарного дракончика
8) Призыв тьмы
9) Кошмар ( Очень важно чтобы он попал, ибо может промахнуться)
10)Удар хвостом, если есть возможность
11)Выходит сестра и кидает метеор
12) Добиваем хвостом

Тактика работает, но сильно зависит от рандомов.
В 3 раунде Сестра Сумрака должна получить только два удара без критов.
В 9 раунде Кошмарный дракончик должен выжить.
В 12 раунде Сестра Сумрака должна выжить.
Запущенный в 5 раунде смерч должен за время своего действия нанести урон минимум два раза, не считая самого 5 раунда.

Но, поверьте, другие тактики, рассчитанные на прохождение критов, еще более ненадёжны.

Нихрена не работает,у вас на сайте ваще хоть 1 тактика рабочая есть? Инаписано через жопу 2раза 1й ход,какаето строчка лишняя пздц хер знает что

Это вы так читаете - а смысл тут в том, чтобы у первого пета опустить хп. Поэтому 1 раз это бой, получили урон - вышли из боя. 2 бой уже полноценный. Учитесь читать глазами и обрабатывать информацию мозгом. а не тем, на чем сидите.

Каким это образом у вас выходит Сестра Сумрака с конкретными статами вместо Кошмарного Дракончика? У Дракона хп по любому больше. Вы вообще проверяли сетап?
