This was a highly effective team over the 15 or so battles I fought in order to gain a fuller understanding so I could write this.
Unfortunately there are a LOT of permutations of events because of crits, the variable damage on Lil' Spirit Guide's Shadow Slash, and the 50% Blind chance and 50% hit chance on Quillino's moves. I'll try to loosely cover as many as possible, but there's no way to write them all up.
Lil' Spirit Guide starts.
Turns 1&2. Falcosaur Swarm
3. Ironskin
4. Predatory Strike. Very rarely, Direbeak dies here. If so, bring in Enthusiast.
5. Falcosaur Swarm (or Ban Hammer). Lil' Spirit Guide dies and resurrects. Rarely, Direbeak dies here, if so, bring in Enthusiast
6. Falcosaur Swarm continues (or Queue Dodge). Sometimes Direbeak dies here, if so, you now have a 50% chance of taking a 975 damage combo with zero reply, so just reset.
Quillino comes in.
1. Falcosaur Swarm/Pass (or Jar of Smelly Liquid). Direbeak usually dies here. Bring in Enthusiast
2. Jar of Smelly Liquid (or Ban Hammer if Jar is on cd)
3. Ban Hammer
4. Jar of Smelly Liquid
5. Queue Dodge
6. Jar of Smelly Liquid (or Pass if Blinded)
7. Ban Hammer
8. Jar of Smelly Liquid. Enthusiast sometimes dies here, if so, bring in Helper.
9. Ban Hammer (or Call Blizzard). This is sometimes 50/50 on whether Enthusiast kills Quillino or he kills you, if he kills you, bring in Helper and Call Blizzard.
Fethyr comes in.
Turn 1. Pass
2. If Enthusiast is still alive, Ban Hammer until he dies. Otherwise, Gift of Winter's Veil
3. Call Blizzard. If Blizzard is already active, skip to Turn 4.
4+. Ice Lance the bird to death.
It looks messy, but 75% of the fights were very straightforward and I was only forced to reset once because of Enthusiast dying too early. All the rest of the fights I reset were within 1 Ice Lance of being won.
