Slight error in this strat. The very last step says to use Bark to finish off the enemy pet. Blazehound has no such attack. What you probably want is Obsidian Bite, which is the second attack in the first slot, as that's an Elemental attack. The other alternative is Blazing Yip, which is a Beast attack.

For some reason Ice Tomb wasn't used for the third enemy pet even when it wasn't a critter. All the Azure Whelpling did was scratch and die. The strat did work but would have gone faster if the Ice Tomb had been used.

When I'm one of the first wave of strats coming out, I do take pet selection into consideration. You can see that in the Naz, Mech, and Stratholme fights. The Gnomer fights I did on the fly the day of the patch release, which means there were already strats up by the time I created mine.

At the end of the day, however, what pets I choose for strats is my choice. Not yours, and not the general public's. This is something I enjoy doing, and how I spend my time doing it is solely my choice. Just as it's someone's choice on which strats they choose to use due to which pets they have available. I would suggest forgoing Ice Tomb if the third enemy pet is a critter since the attack is weak and critters cannot be stunned. Claw would be a better use for the turn.

Above strat was working for me last week, but not this time. So I went with Blazing Cindercrawl. works good but I have undead as second enemy and couldn't take it down.
(Blazing cindercrawl, Blazing Hound, Winter Helper was my secondary team)

2nd pet was a Mech, 3rd was the Cockroach...Torch basically solo'd first 2 pets (2nd pet had final death right after killing Torch) so I skipped straight to Blazehound and wrecked the Roach

Didnt have Enchanted Torch, so used Amalgam of Destruction with fire shield, flame jet followeed up with immoliate. Worked very well.
