All credit for this strat goes to ghb102, I just wrote it up and scripted it. Thanks to them! :)
The TDscript will catch any rare pets, and any uncommon backline pets if there's no rares. If it's doing this, it will pass while your whelp has the Dragonkin buff and the potential to 1-shot a rare enemy, waiting for the buff to wear off so you can reduce it to a safe health. This is not represented in the script below, because if you're running manually you can decide that stuff for yourself. |

I tried four different strategies and I couldn't beat this guy because of his backline. The second pet was a rare Pitón de árbol (P/P) which destroys my second and third pets in about three hits with Colmillo sañoso. I modified a couple of other strategies to make this one which worked a treat. There is still some RNG involved but hopefully this works for other people where other teams have failed to.

In response to Shattered Defenses nerf, also added a speed restriction to the Wyrmling to make sure it will be faster than Dark Gazer for Interrupting Gaze.

On R5, I got off Primal Cry and my Anklerender died according to plan.
However, on R6, Gazer interrupted my Wyrmling. Even with the Primal Cry slow, his speed is 274 to my 260. I'm not sure if his choice of moves is random here, but even if it is, he has only two to choose from. He then finished off my Wyrmling over the next two rounds without letting the Wyrmling Flurry.
I tried a second time. Same result.
I tried a third time, with a P/P. I got lucky with a crit with Drain Power, after I was interrupted.
I don't think the problem is Hunting Party here,

Thing is, I'm not sure, assuming this worked reliably in the first place, what changed to stymie the strat as early as the Wyrmling stage now. Less damage on Gazer I understand, but dying before making the attack expected must be something else. Maybe the strat never worked reliably with S/S?
