I have had some rare instances of very bad RNG resulting in the early death of a pet, sometimes you can still make it work but other times you have to either start over or heal your pets via an alt. Some pointers to help in cases of bad RNG : If your third pet takes loads of hit early on, don't switch to it and stick to #2 til its dead, so you don't lose a round of free damage by switching, if #1 dies too soon, either switch to #2 and stick with it til its dead, or do one Life Exchange and switch to #3. The script work in case of "Normal" RNG, I'll try to adapt it over time to bad RNG cases, but the random possibilites of the fight means you might have to take over manually anyway. I have had some rare instances of very bad RNG resulting in the early death of a pet, sometimes you can still make it work but other times you have to either start over or heal your pets via an alt.

Some pointers to help in cases of bad RNG :

If your third pet takes loads of hit early on, don't switch to it and stick to #2 til its dead, so you don't lose a round of free damage by switching, if #1 dies too soon, either switch to #2 and stick with it til its dead, or do one Life Exchange and switch to #3.

The script work in case of "Normal" RNG, I'll try to adapt it over time to bad RNG cases, but the random possibilites of the fight means you might have to take over manually anyway.

I used two birds with drain blood, worked wonderful because they are faster than the boss most of the time.

I went with 3 non-Beast pets with Drain Blood instead, and used this script:

This is much faster than the amazing solo Carrot strategy, and you can choose from a pool of 10+ pets

I didn't have two Ruby Droplets, but there's a ton of creatures out there with Drain Blood. As long as it's not a Beast, I believe you can use any pets with Drain Blood and the script works for them all. The third pet will almost certainly die, but it won't matter at all.
