However, Legion pet trainers can also be fought at any time and STILL give tremendous XP. So when I saw this one up, conveniently situated in Dalaran, I wanted to make a nice carry strategy. The goal is to use the Harmonious Porcupette to help the Empowered Manafiend do as much damage to the enemy backline pets as possible while the low-DPS, single-targeting Itchy is active. Only rarely does Salty Bird not die to this, and sometimes even Grommet dies to the backline onslaught. It's like clockwork--you almost always get three cycles of Amplify Magic, Flux, Arcane Explosion. If Itchy gets a crit, you may be below 153 health on the third cycle, in which case you want to forego Amplify Magic as you won't get two more rounds to DPS. Both imps will work for this method, but the rebellious imp does need to be p/s for it to work has to be faster than grommet.

The 2nd pet just needs to have a decent non dot damage skill in the first slot that is not undead or aquatic and have either a high damage or interrupt for the skills in 2nd and/or 3rd slot.

Tested with Brilliant spore, Barnaby, Zanj'ir poker, netherspace abyssal, death adder hatchling, so far. They do need to be over 276 speed to be able to beat out grommet.

The imps can die to salty bird due to the high crit it gets. it has happened to me 2 times out the 20 attempts i made.

Little different tactic and script, tested more than 100 times. For more reliability you can add "Lovestruck" before "Shadow Shock". But script work good even without that, so I recommend remove "Curse of Doom" and "Lovestruck" from description, this will increase available pets.

Fight time about 1:45 based on setup changes suggested by Prudentius and Cloudstrike#11407. Simply move the level pet from slot 3 to slot 2 so sister of temptation is in slot 3 and level pet is in slot 2. Save the team. Then use the modified tdscript instead of the one in the original strategy. Seems reliable and faster. Use a speed breed Sister of Temptation to sometimes kill the last boss a bit faster since you'll attack first.

I have also been tinkering with using a pet with explode like the bladkfuse bombling instead of sister of temptation to avoid swapping in the leveling pet and finishing the fight with explode so the level pet gets full XP. So far it seems to shorten the fights more often than not. Ran out of time but I did run quite a few battles without any problems. (editado)

Also change hp requirement to 1300 for curse of doom and lovestruck instead of 1245.

The whole premise of this script is to lessen RNG at the beginning of the fight by using the guaranteed damage of soulrush and clean-up. There is a 0,4% chance that your level pet will have to survive 1 round of cyclone crit.

Would suggest putting the leveling pet in position 2 as its easier to script the swaps as you can see above.

You did a great job with your script. How ever, I would highly suggest putting this line (
standby [enemy(#3).hp<=492 & !self(#3).active] ) between the Change and first Ability. It works as a fail-safe for when Servant of Demidos sometimes makes it to the point of being able to kill Grommet.

My H/B sister works beautifully for this. As stated by other comments if you have a levelling pet with Shadow Shock, it can mess up the script. There are only a small number of pets that have this ability in the pre-10 abilities. Above level ten you can still level them with the script as long as you make sure the talent isn't picked. Usually at level 10. Unaware of any that have it in the 15 or 20 slot.

I've replaced my old Rematch strat with this one.

Got ober 200 Fights last hours.... All Wins expect 3 trys

One Lose in case my Level Pet got Shadow shock. (Check comments below)
Two looses in case of abnormal crit hits on Sister and Demidos multiple times.

So.... 99% success ... 1% Failed in case of verry unlucky crits in a row.

Perfect work !!

Watch out, if You bring level pet with same spells as Sister of Temptation (happened to me with Wicked Soul) when You get level pet in, manually switch back to Sister of Temptation cause the script will attack with some of the same abilities with level pet.

missed the edit timeout. If you move the "change(#2) [self(#3).active]" above "ability(1085)" it should fix that; even if the level pet has magic sword or shadow shock it'll switch to the sister instead.

Definitely an AWESOME way to level pets during the Pet Battle Bonus Event. Takes 2 battles to get a pet from level 1 to level 25. I timed it at 3 minutes and 47 seconds for both battles combined. Super quick, super easy.

However, Legion pet trainers can also be fought at any time and STILL give tremendous XP. So when I saw this one up, conveniently situated in Dalaran, I wanted to make a nice carry strategy. The goal is to use the Harmonious Porcupette to help the Empowered Manafiend do as much damage to the enemy backline pets as possible while the low-DPS, single-targeting Itchy is active. Only rarely does Salty Bird not die to this, and sometimes even Grommet dies to the backline onslaught. It's like clockwork--you almost always get three cycles of Amplify Magic, Flux, Arcane Explosion. If Itchy gets a crit, you may be below 153 health on the third cycle, in which case you want to forego Amplify Magic as you won't get two more rounds to DPS. The Empowered Manafiend dies in a timely way, letting the carry pet see the front line, and Claw is then the best choice for killing Grommet.	Nivel 1+	2	0.0	1	152 2:32	18+
