Excellent advice. My grizzly squirrel (PS lvl 23) got Foulclaw down to about half hp each time. (I tried several times to see if it was a fluke, but the squirrel did well.) After that, the snails just had no problem taking him down. Thanks!

Breed does matter on the Fiddler, I only have BB which is too slow. I replaced with a SB Cockroach.
Swarm > Hiss > Swarm (RNG here, you might need to restart if you die before swarm).
Ooze Touch > Headbutt

Agree - I had the same issue. Switched to an H/S Beetle using Hiss-Swarm-Hiss-Swarm and it was an easy fight.

The H/S Marsh Fiddler makes a difference. You need the cricket to be faster than Foulclaw.
