I didn't have 2 of the recommended pets, so I went with Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling (1,2,1), Iron Starlette H/P (1,2,1), and Darkmoon Tonk (1,1,2) Start with Explode and MPD dies, switch to Iron Starlette and play as recommended (except mine died before the Toxic Smoke took effect), switch to Darkmoon Tonk and use Ion Cannon. Done!

I don't have a Pocket Cannon yet but any mechanical with Explode works fine. The higher the total health of your pet the better since it will do more damage.
My Iron Starlet killed Earseeker using this strat. Did not need the 3rd pet.

This can be trimmed a little if you set the pocket Cannon to (x,2,2), and also permits a bit of experience for a low level mechanical

this worked for me. Rascal bot did die but the blind from the 2nd lens flare was still active, so the 2nd cannon missed and alarm-o-bot finished off the fight. never swapped to micro sentry.

I substituted the Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling in the first slot. I still used Explode on the first move. Everything worked but I had to use Laser twice at the end.

I also used another pet with explode in slot 1 (I used pet bombling) and had to do Laser twice at the end. Worked though! I'm guessing any mech with explode would probably work.

This worked - except I subbed a Darkmoon Tonk in slot 3. Why? 2 words: Ion Canon =) Is one o my favorites (didn't really need it though)

you could do so much better with this setup..
1. Pocket Cannon > Arcane Shot X2 > Explode.
2. Starlette > Toxic Smoke > Explode.
even put a leveling pet in the 3rd spot and it will get some exp.

Used Lil Bling(2,1,1) and Rascal Bot (1,1,1). Had Sunreaver Micro Sentry in 3rd slot but didn't use. Started with Lil Bling (3>2>1 then Bling died. Switched to Rascal Bot (2>1>1) and fight was over! :)

Substituted Darkmoon Zeppelin at the start, had a P/P Starlette, didn't get the Toxic Smoke off before it died but Laser still killed Earseeker.

2 Pet strat for you:

Lil' Bling 211
Draenei Micro Defender 111
"leveling" pet here

Use moves: 3 > 1 > 1
Swap to Draenei Micro Defender
Use moves: 1 > 1 > 2 > 1

Your "leveling" pet will get the solo reward for this mighty task, which is 300 or so exp. (wooow!)

An inopportune crit will ruin the fight, so maybe just bring a lvl 25 backup pet for safety.

Pocket Cannon 1-2-2. Start with Arcane Shot. Then use Arcane shot again. (its a 2 round ability and Earseeker is recharging). Then Explode.
