Strat is from 7181995 on Wowhead. None of the other strats here worked for me but this worked first time. Hope it helps.

Strange. I did this four times and ended with the roach alive when apoc hits, but Murrey didn't get hurt. Fifth time it killed him.

First attempt was a disaster; second worked but my alternate pet for slot two (B/B blue Muck Slug) died very quickly. Thankfully snail and roach were able to finish off Clawz and survive. I dove early with the snail to use that hit on Clawz and it worked.

Just wanted to comment. This strategy worked for me as well with a small tweak. I was afraid like so many others I'd get bad crits/die. First try, with pets specified, worked. Like the earlier user, I survived with 1 health. My Scooter died before killing Clawz, so my roach came back end. I used diseased bite, and between it and poison Clawz died. When Murray came in 3 turns left. I used my rabid bite, survival (went to 1 here)l, and last turn shield still up, and apocalypse hit. Whew, thank you again!

A lot of RNG for sure. If you don't get a crit with Scooter, I would start over. I also skipped Goo, just couldn't survive trying to use it. I also used Dive as soon as Clawz came in instead of waiting. I used my highest health Whelk (Mudshell Conch) in spot 3 as well
