I subbed in Lil' Ragnaros and hit Magma Trap in the first round. That went off during the second shift that the water spirit was in and Rags didn't even have to come back in. If he had I was going to use sons to finish off Flummox.

Crazy carrot, Ominous flame, Tiny twister.

- Blistering cold
- swap to ominous flame
- foreboding curse, spiritfirebolt, foreboding curse. Ominous flame dies.
- bring back carrot, blistering cold. Carrot dies.

I used Crazy Carrot and Ominous Flame as you suggested, but instead of Tiny Twister I used Lil'Ragnaros. Worked as well :P

I swapped Ikky for Ominous Flame and used Black Claw and Flock and he went down first time. Ikky died, but the multipliers from Black Claw and Flock boosted Frostbite to such a degree that they took out Flummox. Admitted, I didn't get critted either.

I couldn't find a cheap ominous flame, so I used Tainted Waveling instead. Same strat as above, save for the waveling. I did 2-2-2. Did corrosion first, creeping ooze, and then corrosion again. Then followed strat from above. Took a few attempts, but got it in the end.

Just saw this after I did the same thing with the Tainted Waveling, But I changed up the strat because I could never get a slicing wind in with my H/P Tiny Twister. Tried it twice more to make sure it worked, one shot Flummox each time

Blistering Cold
Switch to Tiny Twister
Call Lightning
Flyby
Pass - Tiny Twister dies before doing anything
Switch to Fetid Waveling
Corrosion
Creeping Ooze
If fetid is still alive, do another Corrosion and flummox should die
If fetid died, Switch to Crazy Carrot
Jab or Blistering Cold

Used Ruby Droplet (1/2/2), Nightshade Sproutling (1/2/1) and Molten Corgi (2/1/1) with the following order: Ruby 2-3-1 swap to Nightshade 3-2-1-1 then Corgi 3-1-2-1 back to Nightshade 3-2-1 and finally Ruby with 2-3. This strategy failed 10 or more times, I finally found a strat the used Droplet of Y'Shaarj (2,2,2). Core Hound Pup (2,1,2), and Dark Phoenix Hatchling (1,1,1). Droplet used Curse of doom, Then Core Hound Pup did bite, howl, burrow (so howl is active when curse hits Flummox), Then Hatchling with burn, dark flame, conflagration.

I found this needed a little tweak so at the end where it says use *swallow you whole* I used *expunge* first then *Swallow You Whole*

Neither did I. After Core Hound died, I subbed in Droplet first, cast Curse of Doom, he died, then brought back water spirit and did a dive. Just managed to kill him with almost no health left on the Water Spirit.

Crimson Geode -> Elementium Bolt is probably better option than Geyser - stun and higher damage is rather helpful.

Burrow, Howl - Pup dies, Dropplet uses Swallow boosted with Howl.

After trying a various other pets instead of the Droplet, I finally decided to screw that, log my bank toon, buy the Droplet on the AH and prepared to lvl it if I had too... however I payed 1000g more just to get a lvl 25 instead of a lvl 1...
Yeah I could farm it probably, but I've been busy doing other stuff...

And what happens the first time around after getting the Droplet.. Flummox died in first try... Typical..
Anyway, it was a last battle I needed to get achievement for elemental pets.... Now I get to continue with magic...

After turn 5 Howl, if your Core Hound gets crit by Flummox its game over, restart the fight since you cant get a Burrow off. I even had the Core Hound die underground to a DoT. Talk about painful fight.

Dem kann ich mich nur anschließen, bin aber heil froh, dass es geklappt hat. Von über 5 Guides die ich gefunden hatte, war dies der Erste der funktioniert hat. Vielen vielen Dank dafür

Для Рагнороса (после долгих мучений, взято с англ. коментов):
Безумный Моркоу (х,х,1)
Зловещее пламя (2,х,2)
Минисмерч (1,1,2) - скорость 287+!

1) Моркоу: Обжигающий холод
2) меняем на Пламя: Надвигающееся проклятье -> Стрела огня духов -> Надвигающееся проклятье
3) выводим снова Моркоу: Обжигающий холод
4) выводим Минисмерч: Шквал молний -> Атака с высоты -> Пронизывающий ветер
