There are some other strategies that deploy Peloofa with the Deflagración Arcana ability in this list, but I did it a smidge differently in an attempt to remove any chance of RNG affecting the outcome. Any bunny faster than Sir Pounce (297) will do for this strat. I chose the Dust Bunny.

The only tricky bit here is to make sure that you swap in your bunny BEFORE Flicker dies.

I tested this fight multiple times and saw a lot of different possibilities play out with Flicker's RNG, but the strategy works every time. If anyone has difficulty with it, please let me know.
