I got this to work in SL prepatch. Swapping to your Darkmoon Tonk immediately after inflation will not work. Keep your Lil' Bling in and keep using Make It Rain/Inflation until Bling is killed. Bring in your tonk, Shock and Awe then Ion Cannon and the battle is won. Also worth mentioning I used Blackfuse Bombling in the first slot which had 1806 hp.

Edit: your tonk will eat the cannon ability and rez, but he will survive the battle. (edited)

For some reason it failed first time for me as Ion Cannon didnt kill One-of-Many, but I chucked a Shock and Awe in before Ion cannon and that worked a treat! thanks for the strat.
