Alternate between using Dodge & Burrow on the round Glitterwing uses Amplify Magic, fill with Scratch.
That iteration makes the success % jump from 25 to 85 with the H/H breed of Tiny Bog Beast, but only marginally increases it for other breeds: 50 for H/P & 40 for H/S
However, the really good answer is the Sophic Amalgamation (1,1,1)
Use Drain Power on the round Glitterwing uses Amplify Magic, following that up with Illuminate, and Blinkstrike all else.
That will get you a 98% with the H/H TBB, 90 with the H/P & H/S
