I really struggled to find an all-Magic team that worked for me. I had my best success with this combo, and won about 60% of the time. I only have S/S for all three of these pets, so I haven't tried it with other breeds. I think the speed was pretty important though, so I recommend using the fastest breeds you have.
This team is strong against flyers and aquatics, holds its own against most others, but will struggle against mechs, dragonkin, and sometimes against undead. Good luck!

Flash reduces opponent hit chance, and sets up the double-damage bonus for 
Light. This usually helps get things off to a good start. Fill with 
Arcane Explosion then repeat.
Lash is the go-to ability against Mechs, and with this pet's speed you will almost always go first and get the extra hit. 
Rake is a reliable hit that halves your opponent's next hit and may keep you in the fight an extra round, and 
Prowl gives a big damage boost but use it wisely as it also reduces your speed..
Soulrush does strong damage and the occasional stun allows you to really pound an opponent. 
Phase Shift is the only dodge on the team, so match it up against things like Dive or Burrow when you can. I opted for 
Arcane Blast over Arcane Explosion for the higher target damage, especially since this pet often hits cleanup when opponent backline pets are gone.
These options reset all other sorting filters.
