As per suggestions in the comments, I replaced the Eye with a Lofty Libram and since I did not have an Accursed Hexxer, I used Will of Remornia instead. It worked perfectly first attempt!

I personally replaced the eye with a Lofty Libram (1,2,2). Used curse of doom like the strat uses, then at the end when it got swapped in I used amplify magic, then arcane blast untill Chipper died (it took 2 blasts for me)
