I have added an RNG tag. If the 2nd pet gets 2 full rounds (and possible a crit) it could potentially fail. So far it's only failed once in my last 15 attempts.

At the bat, I usually make my water spirit do another whirlpool. that makes 600+ damage instead of 480 of 2 water jet's. I never needed the thirth pet untill now.

still the best strategy of them all for me. can almost put a level pet in the 3rd slot, bc the 2nd pet dies from the debuff right after their last pet dies.

FWIW, the strategy I'd anticipate using if you need to bring your third pet in would be lifted directly from Lazey's strategy for killing her with beasts in the family achieve section.

It uses any cat with Pounce, Rake and Prowl. Use Prowl if you're blind. Use Rake if you've got Prowl active, Use Pounce otherwise.

use(Prowl:536) [ self.aura(Blinding Poison:1048).exists ]
use(Rake:492) [ self.aura(Prowl:543).exists ]
use(Pounce:535)

Since that worked just fine when Swarm had full health, as long as the Whelpling kills Fang, this should work the trick. (edited)

I had a pet with those types of abilities in the third slot, and had people say they didn't need the third pet often enough that I removed it.

Script didn't work for me. It stopped at the "Water Jet until Ash dies", after I've done that manually the whirlpool worked again and then again stopped at "Water Jet until Pandaren Water Spirit dies". Switching pet (to Nexus Whelpling) didn't work too. Whelps abilities did work and finished the fight.

Tried it a second time - same problems as mentioned above.

yeah I just changed

to

Honstly the thrid pet can be anything that survives attacks if may take and deal passive damage, it didn't even come into play for me

after Dive in the script and it works fine. don't know how script interacts with cub as Whelpling always finishes Swarm for me.
