Worked perfectly, even with a Chitterspine Deepstalker that was uncommon and level 23. Always fun when you can level the team pet alongside the level pet, seriously great strat!!

I have made a small change. Powerball is now played round 4 (The level pet can't die from superbark). Iron Scarlett is safe now and can't die anymore.

PP starlette works just as good.

Against enemy 1: wind up, supercharge, wind up.
Against enemy 2: wind up, powerball, wind up (repeat wind up if enemy dodges or repeat powerball if enemy full hp)

Viable alternative to the Chitterspine Deepstalker is the Sneaky Marmot * 1 1. Any breed. I used P/P.

Use Prowl in the same way. Use Burrow in place of Dive.

Occasional 1-2 Chomps or Jabs to finish off Mr. Sizzle. The Marmot has plenty of HP to finish the job.

Can confirm that this works. I used a P/P marmot as well and consistently needed 2 chomps after the burrow to finish off Mr. Sizzle. The marmot was still in no real danger.

It still works for me. Since you say that your level pet dies every time in round 3, I'm guessing the issue is that you're not using a PS breed Iron Starlette. Only a PS breed Iron Starlette will work (the one with 273 speed at level 25), so your level 1 pet only takes 1 hit of Dreadful Breath instead of 2.

Still salvageable though, you can set level preferences [right click on the rematch team [Amelia] to allow for a levelling pet with enough HP. What I did found out that damage to backline pet was 88. Simply 4x88 then add 1. (353) and put that as minimum health. Ironically it inserted another H/P iron starlett and levelled it from level 6 to 13. (editado)

Unfortunately, I didn't check all existing strategies and was trying stuff only to come back here and see I came up with the same idea with only 1 difference. Thank you very much, I will suggest this one for a staff pick. (btw Dragonkin pets need 200+ HP to survive a Dreadful Breath crit)

I don't think it will change the fight time dramatically since animations take their time, but I was using Prowl and then Dive (instead of your Whirlpool+Prowl+Pass). Doin' it this way I'll avoid the forced pet swap and maybe save some more seconds.

Good suggestion!

I wonder why I didn't try using Dive myself (I guess I incorrectly assumed the timing of it wouldn't work but it does). And it does indeed shave 3-5 seconds off the fight time due to the lack of forced pet swap animation.

I've edited my strategy and script to reflect your Dive suggestion and the Dragonkin HP requirement. (editado)
