Does not work anmore in 4/20. Bot heals up when killing Ikky and Mech Dragon cannot kill him even with Thunderbolt and Explode. Might work if RNG Gods are on your side but not reliable.

Rather than using the Mech Dragon's Breathe, use Thunderbolt. It will do much higher damage and usually end the fight.

I tryed with the pets that i can find in the area. So i used an experimental roach H/P,Motorized Croaker H/P and Specimen 97 S/S.so i use the roach with the Apocalypse at the start and after follow it with poison spit.Then at Round 3 change to Specimen 97, try to hold with dodge,and batter with burrow.The thing is you must dodge the debuff that aply to you with the healing.Changing pets the debuff is gone.So you hold until apocalypse ability and after that you change to Motorized Croaker with the explode and is done.Easy!!
You can try on speciment instead of the batter ability the comeback and see if it suits better. (edited)

Tried this one twice with all of them lvl 25 (rare) and failed the Mechanical dragonling dies because of explode while the goldenbot have 200-/+ hp left, might be my bad luck

Edit: I wanted to confirm my bad luck so I tried it for the 3th time and lost again, the bot had 98hp left (edited)

Just ran this with both the H/H and B/B breeds of Val'kyr, and it worked just fine.

Round 1 - Curse of Doom
Round 2 - Haunt
Round 3 - Black Claw
Round 4 - Flock (Doesn't hit, enemy is Dodged)
Round 5 - Flock (hits) (Shattered Defenses applies - Curse of Doom hits)
Round 6 - Alert!! kills Ikky
Round 7 - Breath hits with Shattered Defense - Goldenbot goes into Failsafe with 427 hp
Round 8 - MPD Explodes for 560, killing Goldenbot
