Not exactly as planned. My Widget died. but I put Ghastly Kid in just in case Antaen Cannon came off cooldown since it only had 1 more round to go, but the Kid killed Earseeker with a Diseased Bite so the fight was won.

Minor improvement. Set the Ghastly Kid to (x,2,2), and then on round 2, don't swap, but use Haunt instead. It has the same result as a standard swap, but does some extra damage. Your kid will be up in time to re-enter the fight on turn 8, and Ethereal will be off cooldown by turn 9. When I tried this the Spectral Strike on turn 12 was the killing blow.

An elegant solution. I did Unholy Ascension, Curse of Doom on the undead round, then call darkness and tail swipe until win. It was even less of a contest with the CoD hit.

Scourged Whelpling 1-1-1
Unborn Val'kyr 1-2-1
Can't remember exactly what I did but it was something along the lines of:
Ethereal, swap to scourged whelpling, call darkness, shadowflame, unborn val'kyr, curse of doom, haunt, ghastly kid, ethereal, back to whelp finished off with call darkness and shadowflame. Was a little messy but it worked.

I did this but found there needed to be something between the Val'kyr's haunt and Ghastly Kid's Ethereal or the Ethereal is too early.

Used the Ghastly kid as per this strat but other pets used Fragment of suffering with 1-2-2, use soulrush to start, then Arcane Blast as filler, should last long enough to get another soulrush, bring back the kid as per above, bring in Fragmeent of Anger use Spitfire Beam, followed by Spitfire Bolt to mop up.
