I had issues getting this to work in SL prepatch. I replaced the crate with Unborn Val'kyr and had success replacing the Agony step with Haunt.

just note on your info box for snowfeather, you have it listed as 1,1,1, it should be 1,1,2 as warning squawk is in slot 2.

The strategy was uploaded in the beginning of 2017. It's made with Squawk. Not Warning Squawk. Those are 2 different abilities.
