for Sprouts, Prince Charming and Runts I used Eternal Strider (305 speed) 1,1,2 and Ashwing Moth(289 speed)1,2,2 and a lvl pet that I swapped in one of the times runts was asleep from mothdust. lots of xp, went from a lvl 11 to lvl 21.

Used Eternal Strider (1,2,1) instead of Pandaren Water Spirit.

Turn 2: Swap to Eternal Strider.
Turn 3: Cleansing Rain.
Turn 4-5: Pump each turn.
Turn 6: Water Jet finishes off Sprouts.
Turn 7-8: Pump each turn.
Turn 9: Water Jet finishes off Prince Charming, Strider dies from DoTs.
Turn 10-11: Wind-Up each turn.
Turn 12: PowerBall / Toxic Smoke finishes off Runts.

Nice. I'll have to test that more and add that as an alternative. mainly for those that don't have the PWS.

Bleakwater Jelly (1,1,1) also works well in place of PWS.
Turn 2: Swap to BJ
Turn 3: Whirlpool
Turn 4: Rain Dance
Turn 5+: Keep Whirlpool and Rain Dance on cooldown, use Tentacle Slap in between, except when Prince Charming has bubble up - then use Tentacle Slap to clear it before casting Rain Dance.

This got me all the way through Sprouts and Prince Charming, and got a hit on Runts.

My H/P Iron Starlette, worked just fine. It's the only one I have.
My PWS managed to kill Sprouts before Turn 6, so I had to do a Water Jet on Prince Charming before I could use Whirlpool which turned out to not connect, as Prince Charming used Bubble and therefor blocking it.
Summary, despite the difference here and how it unfolded it self, it worked and my lvl 1 pet became lvl 10

Used Clockwork Gnome (1,2,1) in place of Iron Starlet. No trouble finishing off Prince and destroying Runts.
