couldn't get the advertised strat to work, but this one worked 2nd time for me (had some bad rng luck and bloodgazer died too early on first attempt).

For me, at least, there are two issues:
1) Feline Familiar takes one extra Onyx Bite to kill Breezy Book. Not always the end of the world as sometimes I do get an extra turn.
2) Bloodgazer Hatchling is on ~15% health by the time it comes in to play against Delicate Moth. I rarely get to take even one turn before it is dead.

So far, I've had no success in getting this to work because of the second issue.

I get very close with Jungle Grub (Consume, Acidic Goo, Burrow) but by the time it dies on Delicate Moth, both my backline pets have taken too much damage to finish it off.
Tough quest to do on this trainer!

I also couldn't get this one to work as advertised. My first few attempts my Feline Familiar wasn't quite finishing off the book and was dying to the curse. My last several, it lived and managed to solo the spirit as well. I then had to wait until RNG was kind to get a chew/comeback combo off on the moth to take it's speed out of the equation. Many sleeps and stuns later, I finally won. But it took about 9 tries. My summit kid is S/B
