This strategy comes from Giltine on Wowhead. After trying two strategies here and failing 19 out of 20 times combined, I looked over there and this worked perfectly. There's no reason why it can't work 100% of the time due to the healing component. It is slow, but worthwhile.

I tried 2 other tactics before and failed. It took me 101 rounds to finish. But I finished it with full 93% health on my Tiny Shale Spider.
