Finally! After trying every other scenario (although with substituting pets because I don't have Yu'la yet) I tried this scenario, which I actually have the pets for. I must have gotten incredibly lucky but it worked first try. Thank you so much!

Hoo boy, what an RNG fest. But it's the only strat here I had the pets for, and luckily all that's needed is 1 win. Or rather, I had none of the pets but I managed with replacements, using Yu'la, a PP Albino Chimaeraling and Emmigosa. After 26 failed attempts I got the win. So thanks :)

I made a script that I think accounts for most failure points. It quits the fight if:
-a round 1 crit from Snozz brings 1st pet below threshold of a guaranteed death in round 3
-1st pet dies on round 3 (from a 3-hit or crit)
-the tail sweep in round 6 misses due to darkness
-the Void Gate (pet swap) in round 7 misses due to darkness
-the damage taken in round 8 guarantees a death in round 9 (due to 3 hits and/or crits)
-Snozz is not dead at round 10

My thoughts after the fight: It's so much better to have an Azure Whelpling than an Emmigosa in slot 3, but then slot 2 needs to have equal or higher hp than the AW. With Emmigosa's 1400 hp, Snozz must not hit 3 times in either of rounds 8 and 9, and at most 1 of the 4 hits being a crit. So, not accounting for crits, if everything went right up until round 8, Emmigosa has a 25% success rate where Azure Whelpling has a 75% success rate. (editado)

First script, it's not optimised, But I wanted something I could not pay attention to with 3 RNG failure spots in play. Had trouble making them do the right thing at the right time, hence the specific round conditions. It's rough, but it works.

used P/P nether faerie dragon, P/S dark whelpling and P/S Emmigosa. it worked, finally, when all rng lined up.. but it did take a bit

I don't know if anything changed (might have gotten a lucky crit somewhere) but I did it today with the three pets. My Sprite Darter was S/S, Dark Whelpling P/S, and Azure was P/P. The final hit was not 252, it was 211 but Surge of Power was enough to finish regardless.

worked 10th try with H/P Nether Faerie Dragon in first slot. :)

This worked after a couple of tries, changed to a H/P Nether Faerie Dragon in first slot. And used Chimawealing and Emmigosa. Which removes the first RNG point. On turn 8 and 9 you still need some luck that Snozz don't crit or hit you 3 times each turn. (editado)
