In the instructions winston dies twice which seems bad.

Heavy RNG in this case means literally every roll needs to go your way. (edited)

Tried this strat 5+ times and it didn't work/isn't viable. Switched to Rotten Little Helper - Anubisath Idol - Father Winter's Helper strat and it worked the first time.

Only way for me to get rid of first pet was to use Rampage on turn one, then Mangle then thrash.
