I found the Fungal Abomination was a bit RNG. I had it fail 5 times in a row because it would kill me on turn 7 instead of turn 8. I think it was if the first leftovers got a single crit, or never missed a bonebarrage.

It might not have been an issue with the proper strategy but I didn't have the exact pets but managed to win a couple of times using Spectral spinner and Stiched Pup so a big thank you. Was the final one i needed :)

I used NabuArat's script and an Infected Fawn. Was very close (always needed to survive one more round) but failed until Ghost Maggot was able to take all 3 rounds of Mana Surge.

I'm confused about steps 11-12... you only trigger the Undead round of the first Leftovers with Plagued Blood or Chomp based on HP left, I wonder why the second would come back in between these rounds. And there's a chance for the Abomination to die in round 8, but not sure how this affects the rest of the fight. (edited)

Did this with ghostly skull and scourged whelpling in place of maggot.

Follow steps with fungal, bring in scourged call darkness, when stun goes off bring in skull. spectral strike, death coil, death coil, spectral strike (pray for rng gods) unholy ascension. Scourged comes in, darkness, plagued blood, tail sweep.

Got it first attempt with 73hp left on scourged. Maybe I got extremely lucky
