Substituted Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling 1/2/2 instead of Croaker, used prio: Decoy -> Thunderbolt -> Breath, worked like a charm

SB Croaker also worked, I think the breed only matters in some crit-based or early quake based encounters

It's based on being able to kill Tiny Cragling without having to worry about the Sandstorm ability which invokes a 10% miss chance, without the power or the speed the kill is not guaranteed :)
