The Enchanted Tuskling will use either Ethereal or Expunge on round 1, then use them on CD from there. If they use Expunge first this strategy will be 10 rounds. If they use Ethereal first it will be 12.

Don't have all the Estrellita de hierro Breeds, so I could only test the more powerful ones and therefore set a Power requirement. I prefer those with less HP.

Had success with either a PS or PP Estrellita de hierro
It seems like sometimes Estrellita de hierro will die a round early, this doesn't change much it will just mean adding a second Tierra agostada with Firewing, and maybe a second Garfa de indómito to finish the fight |

As a practical matter, it's a PITA to calculate the fail chance of a given strat. You can do it, but most people don't. So the site doesn't have an objective standard for what needs an RNG tag. I'm inclined to think it should depend on the difficulty of the battle.
My own mental guideline in the early days was that a normal WQ type strat definitely needs an RNG tag when its fail chance is 5% or more, and an awkward challenge-type battle, like Family, has more leeway.
But as a few people have become much more experienced and savvy about validating and testing strats, the expected standard has been raised. When I see a strat from Mutanis or DragonsAfterDark or Lazey or a handful of others, I know that any fail chance is going to be less than I'm ever likely to notice.

Is it bad form to update this strat with a new pet after publishing? Should I make yet another strat instead? @Aranesh

The only downside that I see - and this is not just confined to your strat - is that when I look at the full list of strats above, I see almost the same pets in every strat, in the same pattern.
So the site isn't providing a lot of variation on this one :)
But that is not your problem, as a indivisual strat creator.
