If you don't have the Stout Alemental, you could lead with the Pandaren Water Spirit and substitute Brew Bolt with Water Jet. Skunky Alemental works for Slot 2 in this case.
Don't want Stormamu to deal increased elemental damage during Blizzard (there's a tiny chance that 3x Pound crits kill the Pump pet early), so it'll be replaced with Scorched Earth immediately.
