26th of Feb 2021 Edit:
The buffs to weather effects and in particular to Call Lightning have meant this strategy can be improved and greatly simplified. Changed the moves of the first two pets, and changed the third pet to the Vástago de la Tormenta. Now the fight usually takes 9 rounds, and sometimes takes 12. |

Rocko alone is a nightmare for Dragonkin (massive Forma de piedra heal & brutal Embate corporal), but taking out his two teammates is no walk in a park either...
Still room for the strategy to fail, but with the suggested removal of one Lift-Off it should be less RNG. |

I used a Stormborne Whelpling P/S, Thunderscale Whelpling H/S and Infinite Whelpling P/P - out of 10 tries it worked roughly 4 times. If you don't have Scaley (orTwilight Whelpling) like I do for other strats, this is what I consider a "okayish" substitute.
To make it all conditions easier, I wrote a TDscript:
