Firstly Explosive Brew has to kill Slugger!
Secondly you have to be able to cast two Wild Winds and Explosive Brew has to kill Runehoff!
And thirdly Duster has to miss at least once per every attack.
Lots of RNG but after 18 fights I was lucky!
