Yep, it's not foolproof - crits and stuns can make it fail. But run it enough times and it should work. It took me four tries, since I was especially unlucky.

Fight still worked fine with the provided script, but letting you know that it doesn't entirely follow the instructions. Because of how it's arranged, Father's Winter Helper will use Regalo de Festival de Invierno first instead of Invocar ventisca.

changed Flayer with Anubisath idol (Crush, Sandstorm, Deflection). You use Deflection aswell in the same order as Flayer's, but the next you keep it until Runehoof. When runehoof enters he takes booby's damage and then you use deflection so you don't get stunned. That moment you swap to Rotten and continue with the order showed by Yolo. (editado)

Team comp is good but strat is written wrong, I think -- don't use deflection immediately after rampage, you want to save it until slugger is underground, to block his burrow. Use triple snap instead, and he may die before he even does burrow again. When I changed that up, the strat worked on the first try, didn't seem to be RNG dependent. (My flayer was S/S, for whatever that's worth.)

Complete fail, tested 5 times just to make sure it wasn't minorly RNG dependent. Doing the steps provided you deflection when no attack is incoming and triple snap while enemy is underground. Even reversing those two steps, it seems like if Runehoof interrupts you (says 50%, I had is interrupt 6 of 7 casts) or crits you then it fails. Even taking into account my bad rng, if it only fails 50% after fixing the 2 rounds that should likely be swapped then it is either heavily rng dependent or requires breeds that I am not using although it doesn't state that it does. I'm using H/H flayer youngling, the other pets only have 1 breed availible.

First try here, with adjustment. My RLH was uncommon, Flayer was H/S and FWH cleaned up. and still got it done. Turn 7, rather than deflection, I used triple snap to defeat the pet, and save the deflection for Ruinhoof's first attack.

With P/P Flayer, I killed Slugger on Turn 6. From there had to swap around turns 7 & 8 so that the Deflection shielded from the Headbutt. When Duster comes in, it's RNG simply due to Moth Balls. You can get hit by too many of them and just fall over, no avoiding that. Good start to a solid strat, but I think it might need some refinement to overcome some breed and RNG deficiencies.

So... these pets do work, however you can't really follow the turn order totally. The only time I followed the turn order was turns 1- 4. After that, I held off on the second Deflection. After that I kept the Rotten Little Helper and Father Winter's Helper for Runehoof and the moth (I can't remember what it's called). The main thing with the moth, as I ended with FWH I put Blizzard up, gave a toss of Gift of Winter's Veil and that ended the fight for me. I hope it doesn't get more complicated for others, but here's my two cents.

The initial turns didnt work out, the script did though.
So, this can be because it is breed dependant. I used a P/P RLH, a S/B Youngling & a B/B FWH. But the main thing I noticed was that in the steps written out, that turn 7 the deflection makes that your trap from turn 1 runs out without any effect.
In the script you will use Triple Snap at turn 7, swapping the Runehoof in the effect of the trap. (editado)

Yes I had to change up the order of things as well. Turn 7 needed to be a triple snap and then at the end I skipped the Ice Lance and killed with Gift of Winter's Veil.

Flayer was H/H. Replaced 2nd Deflection with Triple Snap per JudieKiley#1743 recommendation above. This leaves it available for Ruinhoof's 1st Headbutt. It took 2 tries and I'm not sure if Ruinhoof always uses Heatbutt on his 2nd turn but he did on both of my attempts. I tried having Flayer use Deflection then Triple Snap on the 1st attempt but was stunned by Headbutt which left Ruinhoof at full health when Rotten Little Helper came back in. So 2nd attempt, Flayer used Triple Snap on Ruinhoof's 1st turn and Deflection on the next turn negating the potential to be stunned. After that I followed the strat as written. (editado)

This did work for me but instead of a 2nd deflection, because the first pet was only left with like 37hp after Rampage, I just Triple Snap to finish off Slugger. My flayer is S/B.

Did not work for me at all. I even tried to swap a few things around to better counter opponent abilities, but no dice.
