Minimal RNG! Celestial Blessing offers protection from crits and damage variance on Burrow and Moth Balls, and Hiss means Runehoof won't be faster than Yu'la, so you won't lose turns from Horn Attack.
The hardest part for me was codifying when is the optimal time to use Life Exchange. I wrote down some criteria, but if it feels right, use it. You don't need to keep Yu'la alive for too long, you're just aiming to get Runehoof as low as possible. So, use Life Exchange when it will do more damage than your attack would, or you think using it now will give you an extra attack. |

This is the strategy of Feliciamarie on wowhead.
This strat worked for me alot better with less RNG. if you get stunned in Turn 5 before casting Call Lightning, Restart the fight. |

There's some RNG around Runehoof's attacks, particularly if he interrupts Call Lightning. If he doesn't interrupt, this strategy seems to reliably win.

Not crit-proof. If your first pet can't Hiss on Runehoof you can try to continue manually with the Stormborne, but the chance of success is much lower. It's better to just quit if Slugger kills your Bonebiter, or if Runehoof kills your Stormborne Whelpling.
Script is set to quit if your first pet doesn't make it to Runehoof, and if your second pet doesn't make it to Duster. |

I only tried this strategy once so it's possibly a little RNG / Breed dependent but it worked for me first try.
When I did this Bonebiter got stunned so I couldn't Hiss / Facebite Runehoof at all so if you are able to do more damage then this should be easier. Feel free to add comments with any adjustments that work or if you tried some similiar breeds |

I don't doubt that it's possible to win with this group, but it is *definitely* RNG-based.

Substitute Yu'la with the Wild Jade Hatchling (2-1-2).
With Chrominius active, use Bite on Turn 1, then Ancient Blessing, then Bite, but save the Surge of Power on Turn 4. Just keep using Bite until Slugger is dead. Chrominius should have enough life left to use Surge of Power on Runehoof.
Bring in the Wild Jade Hatchling and use Call Lightning, then Lift-off to avoid one of Runehoof's stuns. Use Tail Sweep for damage and Lift-off if it comes off c/d. Might have to use Stormborne Welpling's Tail Sweep for one round to finish off Runehoof.
For Duster, use strat listed above: Arcane Storm then Mana Surge. I ended up with Stormborne Welpling still at half health at the end.
Good Luck :)
