Fight time:
1:45-2:00 on 16-17 rounds the majority of the time (Strategy A)
2:00-2:15 on 18-20 rounds when stunned on Round 1 (Strategy B)

Given the fight, this is actually a pretty fast strategy (16-20 rounds compared to the popular Tricorne+Apocalypse strategy that averages around 20-26 rounds).

Although the strategy wall of text below makes it look like a long and daunting fight at first glance, do note that you will only be applying one-half of it to the fight. You can also just use the TD Script for simplicity.


Pet Breed Notes:

Pet #1 - I have tested PP Nexus Whelpling and PS Stormborne Whelpling breeds. I'm assuming any breed with power > 304 would work fine. If given the choice though, go with the PP Nexus Whelpling with 341 power.

Pet #3 - I have done limited testing with different Zandalari breeds, but they all seem to work well so far. If given the choice, go with the PS breed (305 power / 305 speed).

Wow, I spent 75k gold to get the Revenant and this strat worked perfectly. Worth the gold to not have to use heal strats for 120 turns. Thanks for finding this one!

Does not work as of today, tried both case A and B and neither works or is RNG dependent.

Edit: Done the fight 4 times now, 3 times with the listed pets, which worked once and failed twice. Then I swapped out the Zandalari Anklerender S/S with a Zandalari Kneebiter P/S. That worked, but my Zandalari Kneebiter still ended up dying and had to finish the fight with one of the two barely alive and remaning pets. (edited)

Where did it fail for you? Were you using the auto TD Script or manually following the steps?

I have tested this strategy quite a few times and know that it works. But like with most strategies, there is probably a small chance of failure if the enemy team gets a bunch of crits.

My P/P zandalari didn't outspeed wanderer and when it died the stampede fell off, meaning the following ghostly bite didn't kill and I lost the fight. Zandalari outspeed wanderer would make this easy.

I used the auto TD script and it worked when I wasn't stunned. And then didn't when I was stunned. I was using a S/S Anklerender.

I got stunned first round today so I tried without the TD script and just followed the written script and again it failed. It stops working on Round 13. Scorched Earth kills the Nexus Whelpling so Arcane Storm does not go off and then it all falls apart.

Sorry, I took a hiatus from WoW and haven't gotten around to testing my old strats post SL patch. I've added the RNG and Caution-SL tags for now, and will investigate to see if there are any tweeks that can be made.

Giant Woodworm x/x/2
Macabre Marionette x/2/1
Electrified Razortooth 1/2/x

Frill - use Super Sticky Goo repeatedly until Frill dies

Ruddy - continue with Super Sticky Goo until Woodworm dies. Use Macabre Marionette, Siphon Life anytime it is up on cool down, and otherwise use Dead Man's Party until Ruddy dies. Pass whenever you are stunned.

Wanderer - continue using Dead Man's Party until Marionette dies. When Electrified Razortooth comes in, use Rip, then Blood in the Water. Wanderer dies.
