If you don't have a speedy rabbit or hare, use a Frostfur Rat. Actually, I ended up killing the first pet with hardly any damage. Just open with Call Darkness and use Crouch when you afflicted with miss debuff, then fill the rest with Sneak attack. I just filled the rest of the team with snails and won easily.

I used spring rabbit and scooter and darkmoon rabbit, after a couple of others failed, made it but only just, need fast pets to avoid headbutt

It's S/B for the Elfin Rabbit, who has 338 speed. I can't speak for any other S/B breeds of rabbit, hence the note stating any rabbit you use must have more than 330 speed.
