Excellent. I didn't have the third helper so used a Grumpling instead and it was fine. He died on the penultimate round and Father Winter toddled back in and zapped him with a gift.

I agree with this. Strats that require Rotten Helper turn a lot of people off (since many don't have) and they won't even look at them. I was able to do this with just the Father Winter and Winter's Helpers, but wasn't going to try until I saw this comment. They just spam presents and then blizzard > ice lance and I never needed the third pet (editado)

I didn't have a Father Winter's Helper at 25, so I used a Globe Yeti (since it only needs Gift of Winter's Veil). Worked great :) Good luck all! (editado)

Did not have Rotten Little Help I used Crusher 1**. Breed PP with less HP than then other pets. Used Crush only and it worked ok. Only tried once though. Thanks

For me, Winter's Little Helper (B/B) got swapped in instead of Rotten Little Helper (P/P), so got zero use out of the Booby-trapped presents. Still won easily, though.

If all your pets are healed and rare, Rotten Little Helper should be swapped in because it has less hp than Winter's Little Helper.
