This one kind of frustrated me, and the following was the only way I could make any semblance of this work:

~ Swap out Dark Whelpling for Nightmare Whelpling
~ Change slot 1s to Tail Sweep

1: Tail Sweep
2: Call Lightning
3+: Pass until dead

Bring in your Stormborne Whelpling

! Boneclaw CANNOT hit your Stormborne with more than 2 Thrashes, and CANNOT crit !

1: Tail Sweep (this gives you your Dragonkin buff)

Spindler comes in

! You have to hit Spindler with both Call Lightning and Thunderbolt !

1: Call Lightning
2: Thunderbolt
3: Pass - you die here anyway

Bring in your Nightmare Whelpling

1: Tail Sweep to kill Spindler (this gives you your Dragonkin buff)

Rocko comes in

! You cannot Miss your Nightmare attack, and only ONE Tail Sweep !

1: Call Darkness
2: Nightmare (this keeps Rocko from healing at all)

I used over 20 bandages on the original before I had to switch it up. Then I used another 20 or so more waiting for the RNG necessary to win.

Enemy pet Boneclaw can only get 2 hits and not 3 on both its Thrash or the Hatchling dies way too soon.
I tried 7 times with H/P Jade Hatchling P/S Dark Whelpling and and all failed.

5 tries w/ P/S Wild Golden Hatchling failed. Not enough life (1400) to survive to Breath. Switched to H/P Wild Jade Hatchling (1627 health), and won on 1st try. Also, Dark Whelpling doesn't have a "breath" skill, maybe you mean "Shadowflame"? Thanks!

Agreed, this doesn't work with a P/S Wild Golden Hatchling but worked first time with the H/P Wild Jade Hatchling.

Same here: 1st try with H/P Jade Hatchling. Tried with P/S Wild Golden Hatchling before and he died through "Breath".

This works with a P/S Wild Golden Hatchling if you swap Call Lightning and Lift-off. You'll be up in the air when he does his triple attack thing and coming down from lift-off will finish off the dog.

P/S Wild Golden Hatchling died 4x times for me. Tried swapping Call Lightning and Lift-off and still had no luck.

Two tries with Albino Chimeraling, both not successful. Strat seems based on when my pets die and thus not on the moves of the enemy pets. This is very RNG dependent. The 3rd time I didn't wait for my Stormborne Whelpling to die, changed to the 3rd pet, that died quickly and I could finish of with Stormborne Whelpling. (edited)
