/way #634 39.4 42.6 Tigrid the Charmer
and is associated with some Enchanting quests, and also sells a number of Enchanting formulas.

You'll need to pick up An Enchanting Home from Enchanter Nalthanis in Dalaran to gain access to Tigrid the Charmer. That said, this quest is #14 in the chain, so chances are you'll need to complete the prerequisite quests, starting with Some Enchanted Evening.
